この度はサザンクロスワインクラブへご来店いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
当店は東京の港からほど近い大井埠頭にある業務用倉庫からの出荷となります。その為、当面はラッピングやワインに緩衝材を巻くなどの細かい作業を行うことが出来ず、宅配箱も業務用のダンボールでのお届けとなります。海外から輸入の際と同質の梱包ですので、強度に問題はございません。今後ご要望に合わせて改善してまいりますので、簡易なパッキングでのお届けをご了承お願い致します。

Our shipment will be shipped from a business warehouse located near Tokyo harbor. Therefore, for the time being, we can not do detailed work such as rolling cushioning material on wrapping and wine, home delivery box will also be delivered in business cardboard. Since packing is of the same quality as importing from overseas, there is no problem with strength. We will continue to improve according to your needs in the future, so please acknowledge the delivery with simple packing.

■商品の発送について
すべての商品は、お客様のご入金を確認してから基本2営業日以内に発送いたします（土日祝定休日）。
佐川便でのお届けが中心ですが、場合によってはヤマト便での配送を使用することがございます。
商品がお手元に届きましたら、すぐに、注文と違ったものが送られていないか確認して下さい。
お客様の都合による返品は、取扱商品が食品であるという特性上、一切お受けいたしておりません。
商品管理及び発送には細心の注意を払っておりますが、お届けした商品が万一ご注文されたものと違う場合や、破損していた場合は送料当店負担にてお取替えさせていただきます。商品到着時にご不明の点がございましたら、到着後１週間以内にメールにてご連絡ください。
１週間以上過ぎました商品につきましては、返金・返品のご相談はいたしかねますので、ご了承下さい。
